4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service

• Bypass security measures or rate limits

4.5 Commercial Misuse

• Post spam or unsolicited advertisements

All content on WBookie, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and data compilations, is the property of WBookie or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may NOT:

5.4 Content Moderation

6. Premium Services and Payments

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, OR
• $100 USD

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WBookie, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Your User Content
• Your gambling activities based on information from the Service

10. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination:

• Your access to premium features will cease immediately
• Your User Content may remain publicly visible unless you request deletion
• No refunds will be provided for remaining subscription periods

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the Service
• Non-payment of fees
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• All licenses granted to you will immediately cease
• You must stop using the Service
• Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, 12, and 13 will survive termination

11. Modifications to the Service and Terms
