Draw No Bet Betting Explained

Draw no bet (DNB) is a bet on the home or away team to win, with your stake refunded if the match is drawn. It removes draw risk at lower odds than 1X2.

How it works

Pick the home or away team. If they win, you win; if they lose, you lose; if the match is drawn, your stake is returned.

DNB is equivalent to an Asian handicap of 0 (level ball) on the selected team.

Worked example

Scenario: Home DNB priced at 1.55, you stake €10. The match ends 0–0.

Outcome: The draw refunds your €10 stake; no profit, no loss. A home win would return €15.50.

Pros

  • Draw risk removed via stake refund
  • Higher value than double chance for a favourite
  • Simple two-outcome bet

Cons

  • Lower odds than a straight win
  • No payout on a draw, only a refund
