Both Teams to Score (BTTS) Betting Explained
BTTS (both teams to score) is a yes/no bet on whether both teams score at least one goal. It settles independently of the final result.
How it works
Bet 'Yes' if you expect both teams to score, or 'No' if you expect at least one team to be kept out.
Own goals count for the scoring team. The result and margin are irrelevant — only whether each side scores.
Worked example
Scenario: BTTS Yes priced at 1.80, you stake €10. The match ends 2–1.
Outcome: Both teams scored, so Yes wins: you return €18 (€10 × 1.80).
Pros
- Does not depend on the winner
